Description

An evening meditation class in the Salt Cave Bedford. Combining the healing and restorative power of Meditation with Salt Therapy aka Halotherapy a powerful, natural treatment of respiratory and skin conditions.

Location and setting is an important part of each Moon Meditation session, we will explore the history of salt as a purifying and healing mineral. This hour long class teaches you how to meditate, embrace positivity and reduce stress using various visualisations, exercises and meditations. The session will aid you to refocus for the month ahead and is suitable for all levels of experience.

Moon Meditation has been developed over twenty years of practice by John Harrigan, founder at FoolishPeople.org. John has extensive experience facilitating meditation, art and wellbeing workshops, including at the Royal College of Art, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Wilderness Festival, Central School of Drama and the BBC amongst others.

Places are limited. Please bring a clean yoga or meditation mat.

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
