Learn the fundamentals of meditation with simple, fun breathing exercises, visualisations, creating vocal sounds and healing mantras. A short sound relaxation where Sam will play a variety of instruments including singing bowls, native american flute and hand pan. You will also have the opportunity to have a play with some of the instruments.
