Our Meditations are open to all and held monthly on a Wednesday from 2-3pm.
These friendly, welcoming sessions are open to members and visitors alike to explore different methods of meditating in the beautiful surroundings of the Hamblin Centre.
No previous experience of meditating is required, indeed, a ‘beginner’s mind’ is to be encouraged. The meditations are led by a select group of facilitators.
These sessions can now take place in the hall. Please bring suitable clothing to ensure that you are warm, as the hall will be ventilated.
Do bring your own cushions/blankets from home for your comfort, if required. There are limited places per session, due to current restrictions, which must be reserved in advance. A face covering must be worn by all participants on entering, exiting and moving around the hall, unless medically exempt.
