An evening meditation class in the historic setting of Mountford Hall at Hitchin Town Hall, a grade two listed building. Location and setting is an important part of each moon meditation session. This hour long class teaches you how to meditate and will aid you to relax, embrace positivity and reduce stress.
In each meditation class we will explore various visualisations, meditations and exercises that will help you to effectively control stress and refocus for the week ahead. Each workshop is experiential and based on the needs of the group.
Moon Meditation has been developed over twenty years of practice by John Harrigan, founder at FoolishPeople.org. John has extensive experience facilitating meditation, art and wellbeing workshops, including at the Royal College of Art, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Wilderness Festival, Central School of Drama and the BBC amongst others.
Places cost £10 for this class.
Places are limited. Please bring a yoga or meditation mat.
