A morning meditation class in the tranquil and beautiful setting of the Lavender Farm. Landscape is an important part of each session. This hour long class will aid you to relax, embrace positivity and reduce stress. A perfect start to the weekend.
In each meditation workshop we will explore various visualisations, meditations and exercises that will help you to effectively control stress and refocus for the week ahead.
When the weather is good, we make full use of the beautiful landscape at Hitchin Lavender, if it rains guided meditations take place inside the cabin and tepee.
Moon meditation has been developed over twenty years of practice by John Harrigan, founder at FoolishPeople.org. John has extensive experience facilitating art and wellbeing workshops, including at the Royal College of Art, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Wilderness Festival, Central School of Drama and the BBC amongst others.
Places cost £10 for this class. Places are limited. Please bring a yoga mat.
