This summer we're bringing you BrewFest like you’ve never seen it before… Welcome to BrewFest and Friends. As we’re lucky enough to be in the heart of the buzzing, arty and eclectic community that is Greenwich, we thought we’d celebrate all things local in true beer-infused style. Of course BrewFest wouldn’t be BrewFest without that wonderful magic ingredient… Yes, beer! We’ll have over 180 of some of the world's finest craft beers on draught; from Imperial IPAs to tropical fruit beers, there’ll be something to suit anyone and everyone.
BrewFest and Friends will take place on the beautiful and buzzing Greenwich Peninsula, just steps from North Greenwich station and the iconic O2 arena. In addition to our huge range of beers from around the world, we'll be working alongside many Friends, including established culinary pillars of the local community, from the butcher to the gelateria; vendors of arts and crafts from the heart of the buzzing Greenwich Market; entertainment including live music and activities from our very own virtual reality brewery tour to giant board games and much, much more.
Street food maestros The Cheese Truck, The Green Goat and Tongue ‘n’ Cheek will also be serving up their mouth-watering food and cocktail aficionados World of Zing will be opening your eyes to beer cocktails – if you’re going to push your beer boundaries, BrewFest and Friends will be the place to do it.
If you want to get in on the speciality beer action, trying beers from around the world, you can buy tickets for £20 in advance on Billetto, or on the day for £25. Tickets include 5 beer tokens which are exchangeable for 1/3rd pint each, a Meantime branded glass, wristband and a BrewFest programme. Additional beer vouchers will be available at the on-site Meantime bank, in exchange for cash, for ticket holders wearing wristbands. There will also be a Meantime shop, selling a range of our merchandise, from t-shirts to dog leads. It’s totally free to pop down to the Peninsula, where you can wander round to your heart’s content.
BrewFest and friends will run throughout the Bank Holiday weekend – on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, from 11am-10pm and on Monday 31st from 11am-7pm. An after-party is on the books for you hardcore revellers, keep your eyes peeled for more information…
