Join us Friday 22nd May 2020 on Zoom for a special FINISH STRONG FRIDAY - SNS SPECIAL. Led by our very own Yardfather, Ryan Lea, this will be a tough, gruelling workout that is designed to help you build mental resilience and come out of on the other side with a sense of achievement. No kit? No stress.. this will be bodyweight only.
This is a free event that is open to all. If you are able, please consider donating what you can towards the ticket. All donations are for CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably.
