During a typical  24 hr experience  you will have the pleasure of firstly meeting other like minded people at a given location (emailed one week prior to event) who will endure and embrace a rewarding walk through undulating countryside in the Lake District breaking the ice or barriers as we walk. (weather and ability dependence)

The walk enters the wild woodland and the camp location has to be found? (in accordance to a situation report emailed two weeks prior to event) at camp various relaxed sessions are given including tarp and hammock set up for your rewarded night's sleep(waking to look over Lake Windermere). 
Skills and methods of fire lighting are then taught allowing you to cook your food as a team over the camp fire (survival stew). Watching the hypnotic flames dance and tell their story as you share yours. Eat, relax, unwind, de-stress no matter the weather under the canopy. Hang around in your hammock or for the less brave stay in another form of shelter until the morning awakens a fresh new positive start in ourselves.
