    Description

The annual Marylebone Summer Festival will be returning on Sunday 9 June between 11:00am – 5.30pm (8pm in Paddington Street Gardens), and this year, the summer event will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Marylebone Village will be fully pedestrianised and showcase the best of the area’s shopping and dining. Family-friendly activations to enjoy on the day include a pop up mini golf course, a dedicated dog zone ‘Bark in the Park’, a wellness hub with free exercise classes, a Ferris wheel and rides, live music featuring a variety of artists and genres in Paddington Street Gardens, a farmers market, and a lineup of unmissable entertainment to mark two decades of the much-loved community festival held in the heart of central London.

Fashion, beauty and wellness brands in Marylebone Village will offer an array of outside and instore activations as well as exclusive discounts, including Sézane, Mejuri, Margaret Dabbs London, MOSCOT, RIXO, Dinny Hall, Mud Australia and many more. There will be plenty of alfresco dining and bar options to enjoy the festival atmosphere, and an abundance of street stalls offering food and beverages from the local cafes and restaurants Marylebone Village is renowned for. Grab a bite to eat at stalls from Carlotta, Nathalie, The Coach Makers Arms, Fischer’s, Cavita, Lina Stores and The Italians, or enjoy a refreshing drink in the sunshine at pop up bars hosted by 108 Brasserie, Home Marylebone, Marylebone Pub and Le Vieux Comptoir.

London’s most active dog community YapYap will be hosting ‘Bark in the Park’ taking place in Marylebone Church Gardens. The canine zone will host a range of canine activities including a pupuccino cart, doggy tarot card reading, pawtrait illustrations and silhouette profiles, a dog photo booth, trick training workshops and more. Tickets can be purchased in advance for activities here. There will also be a variety of competitions with prizes to win, from Best Rescue to Most Talented, hosted by BBC Radio London’s ‘The Barking Hour’ show hosts Radios Jo Good and Anna Webb, designed for both owners and their pets to take part in.

For those in the mood to do something wholesome, then join the many fitness activities taking place throughout the day. A mix of HIIT, yoga and meditation classes will be hosted by Lululemon and THIRD SPACE. Also opt into fitness competitions from local gym AMP and Club 51 - Intelligent Fitness will be running a raffle to win a PT for 1 month (x8 PT sessions at the Marylebone studio).

Marylebone Summer Festival is organised and funded by The Howard De Walden Estate, who carefully nurture Marylebone Village, one of London’s most distinctive and atmospheric shopping destinations. This year’s festival will be raising funds for charity partner, Young Westminster Foundation, who invest in brighter futures for young people in the local area. There will be a charity tombola with a variety of fashion, lifestyle and beauty prizes to win, and all sales made from Howard de Walden’s activations will be donated to Young Westminster Foundation.
