. Slow cooked pork & Buck wheat beer with crackling, rosti, pickled red cabbage, apple sauce ( Chestnut & cashew roast with gravy & cranberries for the veggies) nestled into a homemade in a Sage & onion Kaiser roll
. Christmas cookies (vg) / Tidal Moon gingerbread cake with clementine cream cheese frosting.
