Are you ready to connect with the talented people in the industry? Then mark your calendar for the TA & People Meetup, brought to you by Wave Talent.
Too often we don't see enough events in this space & we would love to bring everyone together.
Join us on December 12, 2023, and get ready to be inspired.
We have two rotating workshops lead by four facilitators, representing a mix of both scale-up and enterprise experience to explore ideas, similarities and differences from companies at different sizes.
These workshops will be led by:
- Yvonne Achan-Oryema - Talent Management Lead - Lloyds Banking Group
- Esme Heaps - Senior Director of Talent Acquisition - Workday
- Peter Anstey - VP of Talent - Entrepreneur First
- Annie Jackson - Head of Talent - Cleo AI
Some of the topics that will be debated are:
- How to showcase a business dedicated to DEI hiring.
- Strategies to optimise consistency and quality of candidate experience.
- How to track and utilise data to strengthen the partnership between TA and stakeholders.
- Incorporating AI into recruitment practices & processes.
P.S. We have beers, bubbles, pizza and festive stormtroopers throughout the evening.
