To celebrate the opening of Making More Waves, we present Live at the Song Salon an in-the-round musical gathering platforming the artists of Margate’s Song Salon.
Starting with a cyclical performance from the musicians who have been developing their work at Margate’s monthly Song Salon nights, the evening concludes with a special performance from vocalist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Daisy Beau.
As a child of the UK’s bohemian underground, Daisy grew up immersed in nomadic music culture and folk activism. An extraordinary musical polymath and creative innovator, her musical prowess is evident in each multi-instrumental performance of her original compositions and traditional folk melodies.
