Make Your Own New Moon Smudge Stick Bundle Workshop

GBP 45.00

Jun 25 2022 14:00 - 17:00

Join Tracey and Dee, Lunar Priestesses of the Goddess Temple of Twickenham, for this workshop to create your very own intention setting smudge stick bundle for the upcoming lunar cycle and beyond.

In this interactive workshop we will guide you through everything you need to know about the ancient practice of smudging. With a guide through its history, we will discuss how this practice has been used throughout history and how it benefits us today.

And it’s not all woo woo too – we will also talk about the science behind this practice as well as the natural benefits from the individual ingredients used in smudge sticks today.

After learning about all the natural healing benefits of the herbs used, we will then invite you to join us in making your own smudge stick – all materials will be provided.

Finally, we will show how you how to practice the art of smudging, including the additional tools you can use as well as how to practice this art in your home, how to cleanse your aura and other uses too.

Our workshops are fun and informal, just bring yourself and all other tools will be provided.
