In this interactive workshop we will guide you through everything you need to know about the ancient practice of working with plants in their different forms - from oils to dried herbs. With a guide through its history, we will discuss how this practice has been used throughout the world and how it benefits us today.

And it’s not all woo woo too – we will also talk about the science behind this practice as well as the natural benefits from the individual ingredients used today.

All materials will be provided.

Finally, we will show how you how to practice the art of smudging, including the additional tools you can use as well as how to practice this art in your home, how to cleanse your aura and other uses too.
