Our next breakfast takes place on Friday 20th April at 9am and we look forward to welcoming chef Pip Lacey.
Pip, 2017 Great British Menu winner and formerly Angela Hartnett’s head chef at Michelin-starred Murano, will be opening her first restaurant called hicce later this summer with long time friend and business partner Gordy McIntyre.
Also joining us on Friday 20th April is Tom Brown. After working closely with Nathan Outlaw for several years, Tom is set to open his debut restaurant Cornerstone in Hackney Wick later this month.
The 46-cover restaurant — named after Brown’s favourite Arctic Monkeys track — will operate “a flexible and regularly changing menu dependent on what ingredients are available — ensuring only the best of British produce is used.”
