YIN YOGA IMMERSION focusing on the heart opening healing powers of Amethyst.
The greatest quality of the Aquarian energy is a loving free spirit, amethyst is the crystal that resonates with this, the Uranian energy, it is the most healing of all the crystals as it works to reconnect to the heart beyond grasping and judgment. Together we will bathe in the power of indigo, nourish the pituitary and reconnect to the natural free spirit of LOVE.
The afternoon will begin with a slow flow to get our bodies warm to the magical music of a Live Harp
together we will nourish ourselves with the power of the amethyst, drinking High Potenzied Amethyst crystal water(the elixir of love) and Heart Chakra Raw Chocolate
Enjoy 2 hours of deep and relaxing Yin Yoga to the sounds of tuning forks crystal & tibetan healing bowls.
We will leave the space feeling peaceful, stretched, reconnected to ourselves..our heart and our body. (and with some raw choc goodies and Jewel Water, potenized amethyst elixir)
