We are joining forces with the delicious Spread London for a very special evening of a Terrarium Workshop combined with dinner and drinks in Peckham.

Monday 15th August, 6.30pm - 9.30pm

Each dish on the specially designed menu by Spread has been specifically chosen to complement the foliage used in the workshop, please see the menu below:
One-
Charcoal bread & Nasturtium butter
Edible garden
Two-
Ricotta and lemon gnudi with crispy sage butter
Three-
Salt cod with tomato and thyme
Marinated courgette
Radicchio, fennel and orange salad
Four-
Fig leaf panna cotta with blackberry and honey

During the Workshop you will learn how a terrarium works; how these self-contained ecosystems survive so well on their own and how to look after them.
We will start with a short introduction explaining the history and science that goes into building a terrarium, from the different plants you can use to why activated charcoal has become an essential for us.
Then it is up to you guys to get your hands in there and build your own!
We will supply you with a Tinyjohn vessel which you will fill with various Fittonia and Ivy and an arrangement of pebbles and moss.
Ask us any questions you have and by the end of the session you will have your own exciting miniature garden to take away and watch develop over the next months and years.
Dinner, 2 welcome drinks and all plants, glass vessel and tools are supplied, we will send you home with a London Terrariums Tote Bag to pop your terrarium in and also a care guide with our details on if you have any further questions.*
Aside from the 2 welcome Cocktails, the remainder of the event will be BYOB, so feel free to bring your choice of drink to enjoy throughout the evening.
