Description
This will give you access to our 5 currently programmed events at the Horse Hospital in London, UK.
It's 2025 and Miskatonic is live and in person at the Horse Hospital, London! With a later-than-usual February start, we’ll be purging the evils of this world as we dive into a lineup that’s both thrilling and thought-provoking.
We begin by exploring the vomit trope and how it’s been used to stifle women’s ability to communicate, before taking a nostalgic trip back to our gullible youth to examine its lingering impact. Next, we give the legendary Lucio Fulci his due, focusing on the enigmatic filmmaker’s complex relationship with religion. Then it’s time to hop into the Mystery Machine and unmask the folkloric influences behind Scooby-Doo and the gang. Finally, we confront the unsettling allure of real-world monsters and serial killers in our modern media landscape.
We’re excited to bring you another season of deep dives into the weird, the dark, and the downright fascinating. See you at the Horse Hospital!
