What is London Marathon MyWay?
Whether you want to amble along country lanes or power over hills, the TCS London Marathon MyWay is your chance to complete 26.2 miles however and wherever you wish on Marathon Day.

We ask that our runners aim to raise a minimum of £350.
We are unable to provide ticket refunds, but are happy to facilitate ticket exchange.

Like all local Minds, we are an independent charity that is affiliated with national Mind. This means that we rely on generous donations to support our work, and that we can develop our own services to meet the needs of our community.
For the last 40 years we have provided advice and support to anyone experiencing poor mental health in our community. Since then, not much has changed. Every year we help around 5,000 people with things like accessing their benefits, finding and keeping a job, and improving their mental health.
With your support, we'll work to ensure that no-one in our communities has to deal with a mental health problem alone.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your London Marathon MyWay (virtual event) tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my London Marathon MyWay (virtual event) ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
