Description
Ling Ling's and Aleks Taralezhkov will be collaborating on Wednesday 12th June creating a whole new menu for a one off supper club. Expect creative dishes combining Chinese and Bulgarian foods. Jenny and Aleks will be bringing the Chino-Bulgarian relationships to a whole new level.
Think kimchi & tofu Banitza (the Bulgarian filo pastry staple), dolma in spicy Szechuan broth and Buffalo yogurt ice cream.
Feel free to come down to Pamela from 6pm for drinks. Dinner will start at 7.30pm :)
About Aleks
Bulgarian born Aleks usually designs and art directs in the restaurant industry, however is currently to be found residing at a horse-powered sustainable farm near Cambridge.
Inspired by the produce on the farm, It is here that he has begun to love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, proudly cooking lunch for the staff and for the chefs that come to visit.
