LifeTonic presents a totally unique weekend of intensive healing and transformation in partnership with The Metropolitan by Como hotel in Mayfair.
A weekend like no other, where Modern Healer Jody Shield will help you radically transform your life.
She’ll be delivering 2 days of powerful healing work to help you shift your life up a gear and bust through those big blocks that stand in the way of you and your happiness.
This weekend’s healing will focus intensively on clearing and shifting pain around love and relationships. We look at the relationship topic with a big picture perspective covering all types of relationships in your life e.g work relationships, family, your partner, friendships, parents.
It’s time to take ownership for the pains of your past and let Jody guide you into radical and permanent change once and for all. The only thing that ever stands in our way of living a life with incredible, loving relationships is ourselves.
This weekender is for you if:

During this weekend of healing, you’ll receive:
- 2 full days of deep healing work including releasing old emotions, blocks and pain in your physical body, blockages in your energy body and spiritual body, old information from your genetic system and DNA.
- 2 sessions of body integration gentle pilates exercise (no previous experience required) which will help you integrate the healing work
- A delicious organic lunch, and healthy juices provided by Como Shambhala spa to keep you rehydrated and energised all day long
- Signature ginger and honey tea in the morning
- Snacks and drinks throughout the day
- A goody bag packed full of gorgeous brands
- Recordings of the whole weekend for you to keep listening and integrating post session.

A ticket for this exclusive weekend event is £250

We have a fair ticket policy for all our events with no exceptions. Please understand that we do not offer a refund on tickets, or any exchanges. Feel free to email info@jodyshield.co.uk with any questions about your ticket. If you cannot make the event, we suggest selling your ticket on to someone else.

SAT 10th
9.30am - Arrive + get settled
10am - Jody will start with intro to the day, the format of the day, explaining about the healing technique + opening meditation
10.30am - 3 x hours of healing work + Q + A
1.30pm - Lunch provided by Como hotel
2.30pm - 3 x hours of healing work + Q + A
5.30pm - Body Integration with Becky Uden
6pm - Close up for the day
7.30 / 8 - 9pm - hour with Jody and Saphia in a designated area in the Met Bar
SUN 11th
9.30am - Arrive + get settled
10am - Body integration with Becky Uden
10.45am - **15 minute break to refresh
11am - 3 x hours of healing + integration + Q + A
2pm - Lunch provided by Como hotel
3pm - 3 x hours of healing + integration + Q+A
6pm - Closing down
(Please note you will receive access to our LifeTonic Facebook group post weekend to feedback + have access to Jody & Saphia who can answer and Q’s you have)
WHAT YOU NEED:
1) 2 litres of water + healthy snacks for the breaks
(Lunch + juice is included in the ticket price and there will be the option to buy extra water + snacks)
2) A cushion and comfy clothes to practise yoga in and be seated in for a number of hours. We will provide the yoga mats.

I have not received my LifeTonic Urban Weekender ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your LifeTonic Urban Weekender tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your LifeTonic Urban Weekender tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my LifeTonic Urban Weekender ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.
