Life Off Grid is a two-year journey exploring the lives of Canadians in every province and territory who have made the choice to disconnect. Life Off Grid is a film about people who have chosen to build their lives around renewable energy, with beautiful, inspiring, and often challenging results.

About the filmmakers
Director Jonathan Taggart is a Vancouver-based filmmaker, researcher, and an award-winning photojournalist. He is a PhD student at the Institute for Resources, Environment & Sustainability at the University of British Columbia, and a founding member of the Boreal Collective of Documentary Photographers.
Producer Phillip Vannini is Canada Research Chair in Innovative Learning and Public Ethnography and a Professor at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. He is author/editor of ten books, including the recent Ferry Tales: Mobility, Place, and Time on Canada’s West Coast (Routledge, 2012).
Philip will join the Q&A after the screening.

I have not received my Life Off Grid + Q&A ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Life Off Grid + Q&A tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Life Off Grid + Q&A tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
