𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: Worcester BID member businesses have a discounted ticket price. If you are not a BID member, kindly select the "Non-BID Business" ticket option during registration.
Registrations made under the BID member category by non-BID members will result in the cancellation of the respective tickets.
Before confirming there is an option to purchase add-ons, however, you will already receive a free email reminder for the event, so an SMS reminder is optional if you prefer an extra notification.

I have not received my Level 2 Award in Fire Safety ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Level 2 Award in Fire Safety tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
