The Regency Rooms is part of London club history. For nearly 25 years it has been  entertaining audiences hungry for its unique collection of weird and wonderful acts. There have been many cabaret clubs offering a more traditional line up of singers, a couple of speciality acts and maybe a burlesque dancer but NONE can boast the winning combination of some of the country’s finest musicians coupled together with the weirdest comedy turns in town all curated by the Beige Brothers with the legendary Lenny Beige at the helm as club MC. A list of Regency Rooms favourite acts reads as a Who’s Who of the strange, a veritable What The Hell Is THAT!? Past favourites have included Elephant Man Elvis, Skate Bush, Joe Cocker Spaniel, The Singing Jesus, Gwyn Hydrant, Rita Poonanai, Frankie Tan, Brucie Lee, Spanky Botty Shakespeare, Geordie Gunter (German Pornstar) and the list goes on. Then add a dash of surprise celebrity guests and once again the list is pretty impressive including Robbie Williams, Georgie Fame, The Wombles, Terry Wogan, Chas n’ Dave, Tony Hadley, Matt Berry,  Martin Fry and many more. And the Beige Brothers continue to source the finest in newest cabaret talent and have recently added the likes of Frank Sanazi, Tina T’uner Tea Lady, Clinton Baptiste to the mix. The Regency Rooms’ Xmas show last year was a sell out and regarded by veterans of these nights as a classic, back to the form of those early years in the mid-late 90s. So don’t miss out on a classic Beige Regency Rooms night.
