After successful residencies at Carousel London, and a month at Hackney Empire which saw him shortlisted for the chef award at the Young British Foodie Awards, this is certain to be a great couple of nights.
Expect a set menu of four courses plus snacks, heavily rooted in Lee's coastal Devon roots and informed by his time spent in some of London's top kitchens. known for his seafood-led cookery, clarity of flavour and quality of produce, this promises to be a popular event.
