We are bringing our supper club to Devon for the first time this march. The Beach House will be our venue for two nights as we cook a tasting menu of around six courses. Planned dishes include;
- Cauliflower, clams, grapes and chervil
- Cornish Deer, foie gras and smoked potato
- barbecued mackerel, cucumber and dulse mustard
- Roast langoustine with seaweeds
To book your table, just select number of guests, and the time you'd like to be seated, and your table will be reserved.
Lee Skeet has worked for chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing before taking the head chef role at Hedone, which at the time held one Michelin star, was ranked as 7th best restaurant in the UK, and in the worlds top 100
Tickets are very limited.
***UPDATE***
We have now added Saturday 4th March as an extra Date, as tickets for Friday 3rd sold out in just a day. Unfortunately we will not be able to add further tickets after these.
