On Sunday October 23rd we will finally be bringing our popup to Cardiff for the first time!
In collaboration with Brewdog Cardiff we will be presenting a six course lunch tasting menu featuring some of our best local Cornish ingredients. The menu may be subject to change, but guests can expect dishes including:
- Barbecued breast of lamb, Grilled greens, clams and nori sauce
- Chicken Glazed Langoustine, Vin Jaune and Mushrooms
- Slow cooked pork, roast cauliflower, grapes and chervil
- Yoghurt and honey pannacotta, figs and wild herb granita
Tickets for the six course tasting menu, plus canapés are £40 per person.
