Lee Skeet will be returning to St Ives Brewery on November 12th and 13th to present two very special evenings of seasonal game.
Guests can expect a set tasting menu of around five courses plus canapé, showcasing beautiful, seasonal produce, modern, ambitious cooking, and innovative pairings.
The menu may change, but is expected to include venison, rabbit and pigeon, as well as local cheeses, excellent wines, and a selection of the beautiful beers brewed on site.
Lee has worked for chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Tom Aikens and Marcus Wareing, before working as Head Chef of Michelin starred Hedone in West London. Now based back in Cornwall- and on the hunt for a permanent site in St Ives- he has held a number of sell out supper clubs around the county, as well as in London and Cardiff.
This will also be the first time we run one of our popups on a Sunday, to give those in the food and drink industry the chance to join us.
Tickets are limited and are expected to sell out
