    Description

SOLD OUT! - please visit below for second session details and tickets - https://billetto.co.uk/e/leap-into-hanumanasana-with-sarah-brill-tickets-209608

Do you freeze up when your yoga teacher instructs "split's pose?" Do you feel like you will never find more flexibility in your hips and hamstrings? Take inspiration from Hanuman, the monkey hero for whom the pose is named and enter your practice with a fearless heart. Set to an uplifting live DJ, surrounded by candlelight and burning oils you will move and stretch your hips to a playful money flow, releasing the tensions of your week and sending you back to your Sunday feeling restored and refreshed. You might not leave being able to leap from India to Sri Lanka as Hanuman did, but you will perhaps get your hips a couple of centimetres closer to the ground!

If the first sessions is fully booked, please email us to join the waiting list, if there is enough interest a second session will be added on the same day
