Hi Guys, do you work in a demanding Profession? Work is constant? Or do you just want to enjoy life and discover new ways of well-being? I have created this meet up to bring laughter back into our lives via Laughter Yoga. I truly believe laughter is a tool that helps maintain happiness, a healthy mind set and a stress reliever.
So what is Laughter Yoga......
Laughter Yoga is based on the body not being able to distinguish between fake and real laughter. Therefore reaping the same health benefits, whether your laughter is real or voluntarily encouraged.
Anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humour, jokes or comedy and one can feel the benefits on the very first session.
The session commences with an easy going warm-up techniques which include clapping and stretching. There will also be some breathing exercises to help oxygenate the mind and body which will be followed by laughter exercises. At the end of the session there will be some laughter meditation.
At least 10-15 mins of laughter a day is equivalent to a good workout!
Please note Laughter Yoga is not an alternative treatment for any pre-existing medical conditions, please seek advice from your doctor if you suffer from any existing medical conditions before attending.

I have not received my Laughter Yoga ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Laughter Yoga tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Laughter Yoga tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Laughter Yoga ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Laughter Yoga waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
