Steve Gribbin's original comedy songs combine razor sharp lyrics with tunes that put their foot in the door of your mind and refuse to leave. Firmly based in rock 'n' roll and refusing to pull no punches, these are not the 'oh so witty' ditties of penguin-suited plink plonk piano playing posh gobs. They are that rarity - comedy songs which are actually funny.

"A highly refreshing and original comic " The Scotsman

Bolton's Chris Kehoe is a criminal barrister by day and an award winning comedian by night. He may well have won awards for the day job but we don't think they do them. Despite being a relative newcomer to stand up, Chris's intuitive intellect and acerbic wit is both clever and laugh out loud funny.

"A damn fine satirist." The Skinny "Astounding." Dave Spikey

Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year may sound like something of a backhanded compliment but when previous winners include Johnny Vegas and Manford it's plain to see why it's held in such high regard. Hull's Jack Gleadow is the latest winner and, as former Young Magician Of The Year he's no stranger to awards. Jack has replaced the tricks with gags, and lashings of visual and physical comedy making a unique and hilarious set.

''An absolute natural" Chortle '' Star potential. The sky's the limit'' Beyond The Joke
