What Happens During a Session?
In the session, all you need to do is lie down on the mat, close your eyes, and listen to music. Through direct energy transmission from the facilitator, the practice emphasizes surrender rather than forceful effort, allowing this intelligent energy to unlock exactly what your system needs in the moment. The facilitator may touch various points on your body, stimulating the body's energy and nervous systems, allowing for significant rewiring of the brain and healing on multiple levels.
Participants may experience spontaneous physical movements, energy waves, sensations of heat or cold, tears, laughter, or intense emotions. Emotional releases, such as crying, laughing, or spontaneous movements like yoga and mudras, are common, as are visions and astral journeys.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Kundalini Activation tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
