Tucked behind The Brickyard in a boutique gym, you enter through a red door and walk up the stairs that are infornt of you. Upstairs you will find a toilet and a shoerack outside the hub, where you can leave you shoes before entering. The space is very intimate with low ceilings and no windows and pretty fairylights...perfect for that immersive feeling to re-connect with yourself! Leave the outside world at the door and open to whatever may unfold...

What to Expect...

During the session, you will lie down comfortably on a yoga mat and be guided into a meditation to draw your awareness into your body. The process will begin once the music starts. Music is an energy too and it will help to centre you. I will then gently touch your chakra points and other areas of your body to help the energy flow. The more you are able to surrender the deeper the experience can become. Once the energy process is finished there will be time to discuss your experience if you feel ready to share.

When I found Kundalini Activation, I was at a point in my life where I was searching for change. I considered the more traditional healing routes like therapy but something instinctively told me that wasn't the right path. Looking back, I realise it was because I was overthinking my feelings, stuck in my intellectual mind and disconnected from how I truly felt.

I had heard about Kundalini Activation online and on a whim, decided to attend. Honestly, I went in expecting to pay £50 for nothing to happen, imagining I’d lie there thinking about what a waste of time it was. Instead, I told myself, “At least I'll meet some like-minded individuals.”
