It's been ten months since the last time Krautrock Karaoke reached a new high at Cafe Oto, with Michael Rother (NEU!) and Hans Lampe (Le Düsseldorf) in tow. But after a long hiatus, we are back, and better than ever!
Since its inception in March 2013, this long, loud and anarchic night has provided a space for disciplined hedonism and indulgent improvisation of a strictly kaleidoscopic order.
We invite musicians to perform Krautrock songs from CAN, NEU!, FAUST and more alongside all manner of interesting, progressive, and twisted sounds from left field. It's your only chance to hear live Krautrock tunes outside of iTunes or Spotify. Whether you want to be Malcolm Mooney or Damo Suzuki, jump onstage!
'KK Rules'
There are hundreds of amazing Krautrock tunes, but sadly, we can't play all of them, and the musicians will need to know at least the basic chord progression of the songs. If you have a song in your mind that you'd like to hear live, just post it on this event wall. The most "liked" song will be performed by the finest musicians around in town. We will play the songs in decreasing order of the number of ”Likes" they got.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Krautrock Karaoke #29 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
