    Julie Parsons is one of Ireland’s most accomplished crime writers and was previously a radio and television producer at RTÉ. Julie was born in New Zealand but has lived most of her adult life in Ireland. Her first novel, Mary, Mary (1998) was an instant critical and commercial success. Her subsequent novels, The Courtship Gift (1999), Eager To Please (2000), The Guilty Heart (2003), The Hourglass (2005) and I Saw You (2008) were all published internationally and translated into many languages. Her latest novel The Therapy House was released in May.

    Sheila Bugler grew up in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. After studying Psychology at University College Galway (now NUIG), she left Ireland and worked in Italy, Argentina, Spain, Germany and Holland. She lived in London for many years before finally settling in Eastbourne, East Sussex. She is married to Seán and has two children. All Things Nice is Sheila Bugler’s third book featuring DI Ellen Kelly. Her first book, Hunting Shadows, was published in 2013 to rave reviews, and was followed in 2014 by The Waiting Game.

    Sam Blake is a pseudonym for Vanessa Fox O'Loughlin, the founder of The Inkwell Group publishing consultancy and the Irish national writing resources website Writing.ie. She is Ireland's leading literary scout who has assisted many award winning and bestselling authors to publication. The first in the Cat Connolly series Little Bones debuted at No 1 in Ireland and stayed there for 4 weeks, remaining in the top 10 for another 4 weeks, book 2 In Deep Water is out in Ireland now and in the UK in February 2018. Vanessa has been writing fiction since her husband set sail across the Atlantic for eight weeks and she had an idea for a book.
