Dublin-born comedian Catherine delivers dry, acerbic observations. Between her OCD and being the bisexual offspring of a Catholic deacon; Catherine’s comedy wasn’t so much a choice as a compulsion. This year Catherine is a So You Think You’re Funny Semi Finalist 2016, Funny Women Regional Finalist 2016, and can be heard in the BBC New Comedian of the Year competition on BBC Radio Four Extra 2016 and featured in a comedy sketch for BBC World.
HARRIET BRAINE
Harriet fondly remembers FebruaRye Laughs as her first proper London gig. Not counting her Musical Comedy Awards heat, where she met the wonderful Sarah and decided doing comedy maybe wouldn’t be too bad after all. Since winning Best Newcomer at said awards, she has written some more songs, done some guitar practice and some gigs, and decided to go to Edinburgh. The rest is Art History.
