Dancers, actors, physical theatre practitioners and poets - the work is also open to writers and directors.
I invite you to journey with me in the developing of a new methodology. A movement based practice aiming to expand awareness and enter a state of spontaneous flow - tapping into our creative stream and unleashing our inner artist - we will journey into the opening of new possibilities for both creation process and performance.
Movement practice:
Journeying from meditation to continuous movement - we will dive into our imaginations - connecting with the elements and bodily sensation - expanding our bodies range of motion and entering into some of the multiple realities that are available to us.
Journeying:
I will guide you through a visual journey, connecting to imagination, sound and breathe. Together we will create an atmosphere within the space, where the performer can fully embody and experience a character or native from a state of heightened sensitivity.

I have not received my Journeying for The Performer ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Journeying for The Performer tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
