Description

This workshop will start with a 2 hour class, drawing elements from Release, Limon and Flying Low. The aim is to offer tools from individual and collective awareness, tools that will invite the participants to fusion the balance between our analytical thought, our physical body and our emotional baggage through the material proposed. Encouraging an internal/external dialogue that can help nourish our journey as a dancers/performers.

The second half of the workshop will consist in working on the choreography 'Reja'. Inspired by a flamenco song (sevillana corralera), Reja was originally created as a solo, later it evolved to be a group choreography, with the distinctive rhythm of the cajon and the cante Flamenco, Reja is a real party.
The workshop will end with a public sharing, everyone is invited.
