This talk is part of the “Making It Real” festival at Ugly Duck which explores the intersection of analogue and digital technologies. This exhibition explores the combined creative possibilities when analogue technologies and digital technologies are used together.
On Sunday 8th October at 4pm we will hear from Jocelyn Allen who will talk about her experimental works with scanners, lenses and digital drawing processes. Born in Birmingham, UK in 1988, Jocelyn is an artist who mainly works with photography, video and performance. She primarily uses herself within her personal work, whilst exploring the themes of representation, self-esteem, anxiety, hiding and revealing, and identity.
Jocelyn is one of the recipients of the British Journal of Photography Breakthrough Graduate Single Image award and is a graduate of the MA in Photography at London College of Communication.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
