Jason Singh, Prana
Jason's performance will include a vocal response to the Wind Harp with additional elements of mimicking natural sounds and birdsong. There will be elements of combining beatboxing techniques with indian vocal percussion as well as live looping and vocal processing. My performances move away from songs or tunes and are rooted in free improvisation, soundscapes, abstract rhythmical structures and texture…all of which are created vocally and sampled, processed and reimagined through technology.
