I'll be back at The little Bookshop in July with my third supper club and this time I'll be creating dishes to reflect the summer season. I love to cook with produce that is at it's peak and I'll be putting together a menu featuring a variety of the best locally sourced fruit and vegetables available at the time. I love vegetarian food and one of my missions in life is to show that meat doesn't have to be the star of every plate; with the right flavours, textures and colours it's possible to create interesting and varied vegetarian dishes that are incredible in their own right. 

Anyone who follows my Instagram, has come for lunch at The Little Bookshop or been to one of my supper clubs will know that I love Middle Eastern and Moroccan flavours and I often cook with spices that originate from these areas. I also enjoy Mediterranean cooking and often mix flavours from all of these regions as I think they work so well together. I will be releasing the menu closer to the event so I can make the most of the best produce that is available at the time. 

 I work with Wayward Wines in Chapel Allerton to get great selections to compliment the menu. Wayward specialise in natural wines that are organically produced with minimal intervention. They stock from independent producers who prioritise quality over quantity and they have an incredible choice of wines. 

Dinner will be 4 courses and the ticket price includes a welcome cocktail created specially for the event by Slingsby. I have partnered up with this great Yorkshire distillery for my events and they make new drinks to compliment the menu each time.
