Date

Feb 27 2022 18:00 - Jan 31 2023 20:00

Description

iYouth is formed of a growing network of Young Professionals who support St John Eye Hospital Group.

In 2022 they are running iWalk - an exciting event across the world of St John to help patients across St John, particularly children with congenital and hereditary diseases

~

Get your walking boots on, lead a group of ten, and set out on a 10k country walk of your choice!  Each Group pledges to raise sponsorship of £1000 (you can opt for £500 if this is not possible). Chose your favourite walk with a group of friends, at your favourite time of year!
Imagine what we can do across the Priories and Alliance Orders!

Please complete your event by the end of June 2022!

~

Easy as 1-2-3!

(1) An 'iLeader' organises an iGroup of ten (+) iWalkers. The time and place of the 10k iWalk is entirely your choice, and the organisation, date, location, logistics, etc, is entirely down to each 'iLeader'.

(2) The iLeader buys an iGroup 'pledge' on this Billetto webpage for £10 before end-June 2022. (Only the iLeader needs to register).Walks must complete before end-Dec 2022.

(3) The iLeader for each iGroup is responsible for ensuring that each iWalker in their iGroup secures a total sponsorship of £100(+). Each iGroup therefore raises £1000(+) which is sent at the end of 2022 to St John (details to follow).

(Note, student and other groups may opt for a £500 total sponsorship level)

------

Please give your group a name of your choice, but excluding country names as there may be more than one group per country. For example, 'The Kentucky iGroup', or 'The Edinburgh iGroup', etc. Groups will be identified on the iYouth webpage.

------

Super-iGroups!

If your group is prepared to upgrade the total pledge from £1000 (or equivalent) to £2000, you become a 'Super-iGroup', and will will identified as such - 'The Kentucky Super-iGroup', etc! This upgrade can be done at any time after registering.

------

OR..

I'll go Solo! (single walkers, not part of an iGroup)

Register as a solo walker and raise at least £100!

------

Full details will be sent upon making your pledge.
Its that easy!

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.

  • What is refund protection and why would I need it?

Refund Protection provides you with the assurance that if unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances interfere with your ability to attend an event you can claim a refund. For more information on this, read here.
