Continuing with my adventure, my second stop was Sardinia... I never really though much about Sardinia before i went but I was truly blown away and I'm converted into loving Italian food again! I got to try so many classic dish with Sardinian locals such as "Su Porcheddu and Mazza Frissa" which were amazing.. And the typical wines and Mirto (a myrtle berry liqueur) will also be present on the menu..
A myrtle leaf, which i picked myself in Valle de Luna, will be made into a pesto, and there's also an amazing selection of cheeses, salami's and typical bread "Pane Carasau" which will all be present on the 9 course Tasting menu..
I'm really excited about this one and I hope you are too!!
