Learn how to increase your company's brand valuation by protecting and exploiting your Intellectual Property.
About this Event
Please join us for a morning of networking, breakfast refreshments and insightful sessions on intellectual property.
IP lawyer, Zain Ali of Centuro Global, will be speaking alongside guests including Alex Athienitis of EdTech startup, Ed Shed, on the best tactics to exploit your Intellectual Property to both scale and protect your business.
Apple reached a trillion dollar valuation in 2019, and 80% of that value arises from their intellectual property. Every company will have some form of IP that they own or can own, yet many businesses are not even aware of some of the IP that exists within their company, let alone how to exploit it.
This event is for dynamic forward-thinking entrepreneurs and business owners to help them get an edge on their competition by understanding:
(a) what the different types of IP rights are; and
(b) how to exploit each of these intellectual assets.
Please join us at 9:00 am on Thursday, 19th March at Metro Bank’s HQ in Holborn, London in the Delight networking room.
This event is for Entrepreneur's, Owner's , Founders and CEO's who run a business, startup or scale up.
An IP lawyer by background and now CEO of Centuro Global, Zain will take you through the core forms of IP, namely trade marks, patents, copyright and design rights, as well as his top tips, do’s and don’ts and ways to get ahead of the competition.
Zain will also undertake a fireside chat with Alex Athienitis, Director of EdTech start up Education Shed: an innovative online platform providing educational resources globally. They will discuss how the company exploited trade marks to scale their brand globally across 102 countries with over two million users of their technology.
