Introduction to Yoga
Always wanted to try yoga but don't know where or how to start? Then this course is for you!
This 6 week course is intended as an introduction to the whole system of Yoga, not just the physical aspect.
You will learn basic yoga poses, yoga philosophy, breath control and meditation techniques in a progressive manner over the duration of the course. The aim is to equip you with sufficient knowledge and confidence to join a group yoga class or continue to practice at home.
The course is taught by 2 qualified yoga teachers to ensure that everyone receives sufficient support and guidance to maximise their learning experience and to ensure that poses are undertaken correctly and safely.
