Join us at the exclusive 67 Pall Mall private member's club for an 'Introduction to Bordeaux' wine tasting on Thursday the 9th of November 2023.
Led by expert Paul Declerck, you will discover the fascinating stories behind 5 very distinctive bottles and learn how to appreciate and dissect the delicate flavours through a series of interactive sensory games.
From robust Cabernets to elegant Merlots, the nuances that make Bordeaux legendary will no longer have secrets for you.
For this experience we will use the world's finest glassware, the revered Zalto, which elevates the tasting to unparalleled heights, enhancing every aroma and flavour note.
6 pm: gates open
6.30 - 8 pm: tasting
8 - 10 pm: informal networking + BYOB wine tasting
Optional: Guests are invited to bring a bottle of wine they'd like to talk about and share for the second part of the evening as a 'conversation opener' (informal networking / wine tasting). Paul will bring one of his personal collection.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued solely in the event of a complete sell-out and successful resale of your ticket before the event takes place.
