What you get:

  • Find out more about your gut flora and its connection to your overall health.
  • Learn to make your own sauerkraut and water kerif and take some cultures home with you,. There will be lots of tips and advice on how to keep your ferments safe and tasty.
  • A taster session of various fermented foods and beverages is included.

What to bring:

Please bring 2 recycled/new jars with lids of around 400ml capacity each with you and a bag to carry all the goodies.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.     If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
