Description

In the words of Caitlin Moran, it’s time to reclaim the word feminism. Stop tearing other women down to the gutter. Instead, let’s build our sisters to the stars and encourage them to blossom. Female empowerment is imperative if we want to change the world, and the female of the species need to take responsibility. This is a call to action to help each other up by standing on one another’s shoulders. Women of the world: it’s about time we made each other stronger.

Proudly presenting the first ever international iWiN Workshop: a female empowerment event that celebrates sisterhood and honours individual women for their unique personal and professional accomplishments. Our host is the phenomenal Earlene Buggs - founder of WiiN and believer in the school of thought that by women uniting as one, we hold a power like no other.

Men of the world – don’t stop reading. This is about the women in your life who brought you in this world and rock your world. We need to start celebrating and empowering women if we want to achieve true equality. This is essentially a life-class for the women in your life, developed to assist women in re-establishing and/or strengthening their self-worth, self-respect and self-image and designed as a safe place for women to speak about issues that matter to them. Issues that are real, significant, and happening every day.

Earlene Buggs dispels the competitive nature and belittling behaviour that often resides amongst us, and creates a safe space for us to create a deeper connection with other women. The WiiN ethos is about women winning together – because unified we are far more capable of making a real impact. This event is focused entirely on us having a deeper understanding of who we are as women, connecting with ourselves, identifying who we are and what we want. We will discuss in an open and honest space some of the challenges we face as women, and how we can address these. This is our chance to share and empower each other.

Not only is Earlene an avid promoter of female confidence - she is a driven and insightful entrepreneur with an incredible mind for business who manages to balance her multi-millionaire career with deep-rooted family values. Her appetite for success is almost as big as her heart. She and her husband, Holton, are born leaders and have paved the way for other millionaires using a strong knowledge of business, a natural talent for network-marketing and an innate ability to succeed. Her mission is to create 100 female millionaires and she is using everything in her power to achieve this goal. Earlene is the epitome of a strong woman: an inspirational powerhouse who oozes style, passion, love, resilience and ambition. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a force of nature in the same room as us.

This incredible one-of-a-kind event will provide encouragement, inspiration, and support for women from all walks of life, from different backgrounds, socio-economic statuses and varying geographical locations.

Our mission: to build confidence in women across the globe and be WiiNers.
