Designed to support emerging and existing managers and leaders, this unique event promises to leave guests feeling inspired and better prepared for the challenges that come with leading a team.
The day will consist of three interactive training workshops from the award-winning team at Get The Edge UK, as well as inspirational talks from Olympic Gold Medalist Mark Hunter and Ultra Marathon Man Andy McMenemy.
Guests will gain an insight into how to create harmony and success in the workplace by adopting proven methods.
ETC Venues is offering a limited number of complimentary tickets to clients (usual cost £200 per person) and will be providing complimentary lunch and refreshments on the day.

Speakers:
- British Olympic Rower & Gold Medalist Mark Hunter: Mark started his rowing career at the age of 14. In 2008 he won Gold at the Beijing Olympics and took home Silver at the London 2012 Olympics. Mark was also awarded an MBE in the 2009 New Year's Honours list in recognition of his achievement, and named the "Olympic Athlete of the Year" in 2011 for the sport of rowing by the British Olympic Association.
- Ultra Marathon Man, Andy McMenemy: Extreme sportsman Andy Mcmenemy ran an incredible 50km (31 miles) in each of 66 UK cities in 66 days for the Soldiers Charity. Andy says he relied on ‘good old guts and determination’ to complete the 2,000 miles of the 66 back-to-back ultra marathons.
