We are back with another indoor event! We will be heading to the Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead to work on our skills for the next season!
Join us at the Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead, a team of instructors will help develop your skiing skills.
This time you can join us for either Ski or Snowboarding lessons.
You will have a 1 hour group session open to all abilities. This is a great opportunity to try at some slopes out before booking your ski trip for next year. Alternatively if you are already a pro it would give you a chance to brush up on your skills using a lift pass.
We can’t wait to ski indoors with you and hope you can join us.

Helmets and ski/snowboard hire included
You will need to come dressed in warm waterproof clothing, ski gloves can be bought at the Snow Centre for £10
Travelling by car? HP3 9NH
5 minutes from the M1 (Junction 8) and 10 minutes from the M25 (Junction 20), ther are 280 FREE car parking spaces. Please only use designated parking spaces in The Snow Centre’s car park.
Travelling by train?
There are regular trains from London Euston to Hemel Hempstead Train Station – a journey time of just 30 minutes. Its then about a 40 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride. There is a taxi rank at the station.
The closest train station is Apsley. You can walk to the centre in 15-20 minutes. There is no taxi rank at Apsley, but you can call a taxi on 01442 247247
Refund policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Once a booking has been made, no refunds will be given, but (i) if you can cancel we will transfer your lesson credit towards your next lesson (2) if we cancel a 100% credit towards an alternative snow activity/date or a full refund will be given. Please note we are not be liable for any compensation or costs incurred by you as a result of cancellation.

I have not received my Indoor Ski Event ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Indoor Ski Event tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Indoor Ski Event tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Indoor Ski Event ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Indoor Ski Event waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
