In Other Words is back on the 27th May! This is the fourth edition of the ever-growing monthly poetry night full of laughs, terrible jokes from me, and some truly beautiful poetry. We welcome all kinds of poetic voices and usually have a variety of poets discussing a range of topics and inspirations!
This month our headliner is the wonderful Erin James! “Erin James is a multi-disciplinary artist, poet, and facilitator working at the intersection of art and social change. Their framework for creating uses art forms such as poetry, sound, curation, facilitation and performance as vessels for "artivism". Erin has performed poetry at festivals and venues such as FemFest, Brighton Festival and Brighton Dome and had their poetry added to the curriculum at Sussex University. They are also widely published across magazines, zines and anthologies for their work.”
